Philip | Holiday tragedy

Philip suffered severe spinal injuries when his best friend pushed him into a hotel pool on a package holiday.

Philip adopted a diving fall and broke his neck, not realising that he was diving into the shallow end.

We sued his friend, who was covered by holiday insurance and achieved a payout of over £2M.
