Brian | Airline crash | Back injury
Brian injured his back in a helicopter crash. The airline would not accept any responsibility. We then got in touch with the maintenance people who in turned blamed the manufacturer.
We recovered £300,000 for Brian before the trial. How? Our metallurgists (materials engineers who investigate properties of metals) were able to spot the weakness in the material of the helicopter and prove it was the fault of the maintenance firm.
