David | Cycling accident

David, a middle aged man suffered serious head injuries when he was knocked off his bicycle. He was fine physically and went back to work but his friends said that he was acting strangely.

David's previous solicitors advised him to accept £13,000 in settlement but this did was not acceptable to him.  A Barrister engaged at the time also gave the same advice.

David came to us and we saw that the medical evidence was poor.  Head injury experts were involved and the case was later settled at a total of £200,000 on David's behalf.
