Claims Process

Our aim is to make the claims process as straight-forward as possible for you. injury+ deal with your claim individually in a sympathetic manner with the aim of obtaining maximum compensation to restore your quality of life.

From the moment you make an inquiry we treat your details with confidentiality. We’ll guide you through each step of the process in plain English so that you know exactly what is going on.

Here’s how the claim process works:

  • You give us details of the case either by telephone or by filling out the ‘Can I claim?’ form.
  • We then allocate the case to a specialist solicitor who will contact you, where possible the same day, to advise you if there is a case and outline the options available to you.
  • We will take time to assess and advise you on options for funding, how your claims is likely to progress, the amount of compensation we would expect to gain for you if successful, and any difficulties or strengths in your claim. We’ll also draw up an anticipated timescale on how long it could all take.
  • You then decide if you want to go ahead with the case. If you do, the solicitor will start working on your behalf. If you don’t, you simply walk away.
  • We keep you informed as the case progresses.
  • If successful, the compensation is awarded to you.
  • If unsuccessful, we will explain exactly what went wrong and run you through possible action to take.

Throughout the process we recognise the need for sensitivity and take the time to carefully explain all the issues to victims of accidents and trauma. Our collective experience and reputation enable us to approach and retain the best and most suitable expert witnesses and barristers.
